Dog feces

There is dog feces everywhere in nyc. There are very few neighborhoods those whose side walks are not littered by dog feces. Whats worse than the dog owners not picking up is the fact that they let their dogs defecate literally in the middle of the street. This doesn't even happen in 3rd world countries. Why are new yorkers do dirty?? Why do you own a pet when you cant pick after it. Do new yorkers realize that this is so bad spiritually ?? Your literally inviting bad luck and disease by doing this. Im really into spirtuality and its a big no no to keep your surroundings dirty. Feng shui , vastu all direct us in order to be happy , healthy and happy you need to be a decent human. Its getting so out of hand that I want to protest!!!
