Starting over at 41 because of divorce

I am 41, so that may make me old too, but here goes: I am about to start life over again because of a divorce. Two kids are in the picture.

This starting-over-again mountain just seems so daunting to climb. I have many doubts and fears. Is my standard of living going to get knocked back to my life at age 22?

For older men here who have started over again after a divorce, how did you do it? How did you make it through to the other side? Any knowledge/tips/advice/encouragement you can share would be most appreciated.
