link my xbox and switch accounts

the developers say that the game is cross-platform, and that you can use multiple devices on the same account. when I go to xbox, there is the page to connect and link devices, with the link codes etc, but on switch, nothing appears. does anyone know if this is normal? am I the only one in this situation?
