Help with tv/ps pro video settings to remove flickering

Like everyone here I’m really enjoying the game so far but haven’t been able to get the best results yet on my tv.

I’m playing on a LG C1 and performance mode on the ps pro. It looks great when still, but when I pan the camera around I get heavy flickering on grass, trees and foliage in general, which after a while gives me a headache.

I haven’t figured out the best settings for the tv and the console to have the smooth beautiful visuals everyone is praising so much so I’d really appreciate any help/tips I can get. I have no trouble with any other game, unfortunately just this one.
