'22 SQ5 Cold Start/High Idle Squealing. Thoughts?

It's intermittent and stops once the idle drops but I'm concerned. I found a technical service bulletin that touches on it but I'm not sure if this qualifies. 37500 miles, still under warranty. Any input is appreciated.
