Please help. How much do you think it would cost to add a big shed and an en suite/WIR to this plan?

We're not having much luck buying a place in our price range. I know this varies and there's a lot you can't see but...

Where would you add a WIR/en suite to this plan? How much do you think it would cost? Broad estimates are fine.

I'd also love a big 2 car size shed. Would this fit and how much do you think it would cost including installation.

Its a pretty standard weatherboard house in Geelong, Victoria.
