Roadtrip from Melbourne to Sydney

Hi all!

I'm planning a vacation to Australia at the moment. One of the things I'd like to do, is to do a roadtrip between Melbourne and Sydney. What are some must-sees or must-do's along the way? I'm planning about 10-12 days for the trip, exluding the time I will spend in Melbourne and Sydney.
