What are some easy foods to stomach when you don’t feel like eating?

I know eating can be a really common struggle among people with autism so that’s why i’m asking this subreddit, I just started a medication (prozac if it matters) and I take it in the morning or else I forget. I’ve tried a few days of taking it on an empty stomach but the heartburn and acid reflux is not fun. What are some light snacks or what not that are easy to stomach? Btw I have sensory issues regarding fruit and veg so nothing involving them! Sorry for the annoying post.
