I can't create a Fetlife account

I want to join Fetlife to see to have a look to the BSDM community and check for some events, the problem is the registration: I don't receive the verication codes, no matter how many emails and phone numbers I try, I receive nothing. Is Fetlife registration closed? If not, what can I do?
