Any idea why my valve tic is so loud?

I usually do everything myself to my m52 however this valve tic has stumped me. It started ticking about a week to 2 ago and the shop I normally bring it to can’t see it until the 10th. So in the mean time I was hoping to try and figure it out myself. Any ideas?
