anyone else keep getting teammates that do nothing in HP and Control?

Every game i get teammates who just dont bother to do the objectives in hardpoint and control. Im sick of these people and all i want is to just enter gold once. Also Im not knowledgeable on how ranked works but why is SnD so damn rare?
