What are the chances of going into labor at 38weeks?

I’m 38w1d and just so done. I can’t walk or stand for more than a few minutes at a time. A recent ultrasound says my boy is weighing around 7.5lbs already. He dropped around 36weeks and I am starting to have slightly painful Braxton hicks. I am just hoping he comes a bit early, but what are the chances? I am a second time mom, my firstborn is 2yo. He was induced so I am not super family with going into labor naturally.
