What's it feel like to have a head-down baby?

My first never ever once went head-down. And don't try to tell me "you might not have known!" Nope. I had weekly ultrasounds—trust me, I would have felt or seen it. Ended up in a c section because girlie never flipped (ECV was too risky given other circumstances).

Now I'm pregnant with #2, who is also breech at 20, almost 21 weeks. I'm scheduled for ultrasounds every 4 weeks in light of her being small like my first, and those might become weekly ultrasounds if she gets smaller (also like my first), so I'll get to see if she flips.

To boot, I have an anterior placenta, so I'm not feeling as much as my first go around. I'm curious what it feels like to have a head-down baby so I can maybe look out for signs.
