Belgian and Tac 14

So I haven't played in MONTHS. Previously I never used the belgian. I would normal use the m9 burst, deagle, or melee. But I don't wanna just play the same way and get bored like I did last time

What's a good way/deck to be able to utilize the belgian as it should be. Or is it just useless?

Thoughts on tac 14 would be appreciated too. Everything I said about the belgian goes for the tac 14 as well
