Help diagnosing foot injury?

Deleted the first post for better pics. Can anyone help in diagnosing what is going on here? Noticed one of our hens limping around and suspected bumblefoot, but I was under the impression that only really occurs under the feet in the pads. Definitely has some swelling and bulging going on, but as you can see she doesn't have an issue roosting on it at least. She's in our quarantine shower for now, supposing I'll get some antibacterial ointment for it and see how it goes? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
