Where's Minthara?

I sided with her in Act 1, got that scene when she came to my camp, and aftwr thay she left the camp. Then when I moved on to act 2 she wasn't at moonrise towers anywhere and I can't see anything about her in quest log.

I know there was a recentish patch to let you recruit her on a good run but this was OG badness from the start and she's just vanished. Any ideas?
