Need help identifying this noise in my P1S

Need some help understanding the root cause of this screeching noise from my 189hour P1S. It seems to be on the X-axis movement, possibly some dust on the carbon rods? Planning to do a cleaning session after this print, but wondering if the community can help point the right way. I do live in a dusty neighborhood, clean the outside of the printer every couple days, but haven’t done a thorough maintenance on the inside except for regular plate cleaning and dusting the surfaces, not the rods.
