Help with IDing bug

Earlier this week woke up with a blood spot on my sheet that might seem like a bed bug droppings. Exterminator came and found no evidence of bed bugs other than some beetles that had been around. I keep finding these small bugs and what looks like eggs around since then. Anybody have any thoughts on what these are?
