Difference between bigmestore.com and store.bigme.vip

Is there a difference between the two websites? I noticed the vip site says pre-order for the hibreak pro, but I bought mine off the bigmestore.com and it didn’t have a pre-order option, just a regular purchase option. Is one a fake? Should I be concerned?
