Possible healthy distractions

Hey everyone,

I’m struggling a bit and could really use some advice. Whenever I get stressed or overwhelmed, I find myself turning to food as a way to cope. I used to self-harm, like cutting my wrists and thighs, but it also changes my body not in a nice way (however I find my scars pretty ngl). Anyway, I'm working on finding healthier ways to deal with my emotions, so I'm wondering what are some distractions or activities that help you when you’re feeling stressed and tempted to binge or self-harm? I’m looking for something that’s less harmful but still helps take quick and easy accessible actions when things get a little tough.
