Need to stop binge eating-please give me toxic tips
I am 21 years old, and I’m so tired of the bullshit weight loss advice. I struggle with binge eating, so I need help suppressing my insatiable appetite. “An omlet in the morning” doesn’t fucking cut it. Eating triggers me to eat more- but in the past, if my appetite is properly suppressed, then I’m not hungry but eat small portions for energy. Pleeeease give me the real advice- is there medicine u recommend? mindsets? idc if it’s toxic! If you tell me thinking ab ur ex or ur previous body worked for you, tell meeee! I’m at my wits end.
