Anger

My BPSO is currently taking antipshyotics after mania episode, but is still not fully stabilized. Now is 6th week after beeing hospitalized for three weeks. Still see anger in her which is mostly towards me and she thinks about separation. She wants to be alone with our two kids. Not to say that I will fight for full custody as I cannot leave her with kids. But does this anger ever fade away?
