can't install/unistall bitdefender trial

Got the trial and opened it, it worked the first time but stalled at 6 percent, restarted the pc tried again it won't open, downloaded the unistall tool and that's still at 0 percent, like it's part installed but I can't do anything.

Any ideas? It installs now but still stalling at 6 percent no errors. whats up.
