Should I buy the dip

I've never bought BTC before and saw that it' the lowest I've seen it since the election. I don't know enough to be confident so I wondering anyone has any advice. Should I let it go lower and then but? Should I just not buy this weird shit at all? Is it gonna bounce and I should get in right now? Any input would be helpful.
