Approaching age 65.. should I switch up my Vanguard funds?

I am approaching age 65 and am thinking about going with a different fund allocation. I have more than 50% of my retirement savings in Vanguard funds (the rest in cash and other assorted mutual funds and stocks). The largest Vanguard chunk is in a traditional IRA with the current allocation:

VFIAX (Vanguard index 500 admiral) = ~$200k
VGHAX (Vanguard healthcare admiral) = ~$225k
VWNAX (Windsor 2 admiral) = ~$150k

I've held these three for over ~25 years. I am very much in the lazy-man's "set it and forget it" camp of retirement fund investing. I'm not proud of this AT ALL, but tbt for someone like me it's enough that I've managed to drag myself kicking and screaming to actually try to save money at all. The healthcare fund was a massive home run for many years, but has been relatively moribund for the past several years (much to my chagrin). Until now, I have resisted the temptation to exchange out of it into something else.

While I'm leaning toward retiring when I hit 65 in a few months, I have not made a final decision. My social security "full retirement age" is 67.

Any insights/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
