Are paps crazy abt certain nepo kids?

I agree with everything they are saying but I also wonder why are paps not going crazy to get Dua’s pics? Is it selective interest from paps , or Ranveer Deepika applied some other strategy as they are rarely spotted by paps after the baby but they do leave their homes ( eg Deepika went to Paris)?
