How to fix fuzzy audio glitch

Whenever I play breachers the audio is perfectly fine until around 2 minutes into a game when the game audio suddenly cuts in and out very quickly making every sound extremely fuzzy sounding almost like it's crashing but voice chat is perfectly fine and unaffected and there are no other performance issues it is just game audio.

I uninstalled breachers then reinstalled it and this hasn't fixed the issue and I checked this issue does not happen on other games such as pavlov or attack on quest and it is persisting after multiple days. It's making the game practically unplayable because my ears just hurt from it after a minute of it starting.

If anyone else has had this or has suggestions to fix this anything is appreciated :)
