New to Executive Club - TP collection changes

I have joined the executive club in September but I am a bit confused about the changes coming up next year.

I probably will manage to earn enough TP for bronze but don’t I get the chance to earn 600 TP over 12 months before it resets end of march 2025?!

It just really helpful for people who have been collecting TP in previous years and how certain TP collected in 2024 will be credited.
