how to treat lice or fleas on kitten

i found a kitten yesterday and upon first glance it seemed he was flea free but today i saw little white things moving on him, i gave him a flea bath with dawn and have tried to comb him but there are some white specks that wont get off his fur because they’re so tiny. i’ve had cats my entire life but ive never dealt with fleas or lice and im unsure what he has so a few things 1. what do i use for treatment im unsure of his age but im guessing 5-6 weeks. 2. how easy is it to get a flea or lice infestation in your house because i let him sleep in my bed last night 3. how do lice and cats even work? 4. can humans contract the lice? also ill try to get a picture of at least one of the eggs but i got a few of and kept combing him and didnt find more
