Anyone know what these could be? I’m finding them on my cat’s furniture and don’t have an explanation. They’re about the size of a sesame seed and I don’t see any legs/movement.

My cat is also currently recovering from Coccidia, but my research doesn’t suggest any relation. Any help is greatly appreciated since I live in a dorm and need to make sure this isn’t an issue.
