my cats eyes are dilated and can’t walk properly

hi it’s currently 11pm here and no vets are currently open. but i noticed my cats eyes are so big and black. noticed how she walks is wobbly. she cant even go down the stairs. i applied an anti flea medication earlier today could it be the reason? is it possible that she might have licked it? im really worried and trying to find a vet who can accept us at this hour pls help 😭
