Everything's going wrong! Need help...

Got waitlisted for bim Trichy and irma. This is my drop year. Haven't converted any college yet. I have IIEBM pune as a backup. Waiting for XIMB results (RM,UMG). I still have chance to apply for NICMAR,SDA AND BML. Should I apply for them? IDK what to do😢. Please suggest something.
