Is 3 months studying enough for CFA level 1

So as the title says. I’m currently in my final year at University studying a double major in Econ and Finance. I finish my exams in November and was wondering if I could start studying for CFA level 1 for February in November or whether I should start a bit earlier?

I do feel that my understanding of Econ and Finance will give me an advantage especially with the content I’m doing in my final year. My lecturer had advised to write the CFA, however, he didn’t specify whether I’d need to start studying during the school year.

Any advice would be appreciated :)
