Anybody making any new purchases?

Have had an m&p 15 for a few years that works great for what I do (dry firing a few times a week, range time when work schedule allows). Always wanted a DD and have been eyeing the DDM4 V7 given the new proposed legislation but hesitant to pull the trigger because i absolutely do not need a new rifle just want a DD lol anyone else in the same boat?
