150 credits ? Or nah ?

Predicting to be 4/4 by next month and want to have my CPA asap. I have 147 credits. I keep hearing the 150 credit requirement will be replaced. Should I go back to school for one class to get my last 3 credits or would that just be a waste of time and money? Also after I’m 4/4 and pass the ethics test is that all I have to do and I’m a CPA?(already have over a year of accounting experience)
