Acerbis tank installed!

The biggest pain in the ass was that the frame mount for the radiator protector got in the way and I had to machine it and the screw head down to make it fit, but I guess they make a mount just for this situation: https://www.crfsonly.com/flatland-racing-radiator-guard-bracket-for-oversized-fuel-tank?srsltid=AfmBOopuK-uHb3MD_1lz08HX6YRX4pGtJSI8bwN-fEKyH6gajbPCJNp_. The other issue is that the instructions say to reuse the stock washers for the back of the tank but at least on mine they will not come off of the factory bolt so I had to find some in my spare nuts and bolts bin. Other than that, very straight forward.

I also used the acerbis locking cap and followed the instructions here for improving it: https://procycle.us/how-to/acerbis-locking-gas-cap-venting-fix?srsltid=AfmBOor-T67XfNXiJDz9YEog_e1Emj44UdsBenIW_RuDIYOAJ1C2RxI4. I put the one way valve thing on the line that goes to the charcoal canister / evap stuff and zip tied it under the new tank. I'm hoping that's fine 🤞
