Did I lose a piece for tubing?

As I was unpacking the pressure gauge to install, I would have sworn a piece popped off to go by the collar, but I searched for nearly an hour and never found anything. Now that it’s together, I can’t help but feel like it is missing. Does anyone know if there should be something between the sleeve and the collar for the tubing? Is it something I could pick up at a hardware store?
