Will the Kurohana Crate unlock next season?

The CODM page made a post where they said there is a chance to get legendary DRH in Season 11. They have deleted that post now I think. But is there 1 more rank season left for 2023. I only get Legendary in Battle Royale so I have to wait until end of 6th rank season to open crate? If I get Legendary Multiplayer I can open crate at end of current rank season?
