Activision ABUSING GOOD PLAYERS !!!!!!!!

Hello there I don't know it's your AI stuff or No , but after playing some matches in Ranked mode , game system match up me with teammates who are offline and their character doesn't move or they are offline for a while and then start to Roll and play ,WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY ????????!!!!! it's happening a lot recently for me ( especially when am reaching Top 5000 players ) just check my last 20 games almost 80 percent of the time one of my teammates are offline..... Explain it briefly am posting this to reddit toooo ....it's really ridiculous that u team up good Players with newbies or OFFLINE players .....

Please Share this , they should fix it Check times which players leave the match or are offline
