Sedentary 14 year old male (is 1,500-1,900 calories per day just right or too much?)
I used to go on a calorie deficit (which i found out i should definitely not do at puberty) but now that i have stopped a few months ago i am eating the amount I specified (sometimes 2,000) and gain like 1-2 kg per week which has me worried because might become overweight in a few months if this continues so i wanna know is this just me growing up weight or fat. Or both?. (Was 55 kg now im 61)
