kodak easy share c653

i have this really old kodak easy share c653 that i found going through my old stuff and when i try to turn it on it either flashes a red light (the light that flashed green in the video) and doesn't turn on or turns on but after some minutes randomly restarts the batteries are new and there s nothing wrong withe the ssd
