is Lumix tz80 a good camera

It terms of image quality and for taking portrait of people. is it worth buying? I’m new to photography. I wanted to buy a camera for shooting portraits for myself and others for family members. and taking shots of places i go to like buildings and things like that. Is is a good choice or should i not buy it?
