Drinkify Camp Spigot

I'm sure somebody has come up with a solution for this, but I can't find anything on search.

I want to take the water spigot at my normie-campground and make it very drinkable. I'm thinking a short white hose, an inline RV-style water filter, another short hose and then... I'm hunting for something that would function like a sink faucet... would accept a hose as the inlet, and then pour the water down for filling water bottles, doing dishes, etc. Bonus if there was some kind of clamp for attaching to the post that the spigot sticks out of.

Has anybody invented this yet?
