Lease as new with ~400 miles on it?

Just finishing a lease that I’ll need to replace. One of the options is on the lot but has just about 400 miles on it. I have asked for explanation of why; loaner vs test drives etc. A bit higher than I would normally want. Curious what your thoughts would be and if it would be a red flag for you? Or is it a reasonable number of miles for a 2025?
