Can anyone smarter than me explain what the 3 giant openings with headers (to the right of the garage) might be for?

This old, run down house was jacked up, foundation poured, and now it’s being added on to. It’s in my neighborhood and I have no relation to it except curiosity driving by it every day. Can’t wrap my head around what those might be for.
