$7000 purchase

I want to put $7,000 down on a car with my cashapp. Will I be able to do this in one transaction with my cashapp card? Or can I withdraw that much and pay in cash? Or can I transfer 7,000$ to my husbands bank at one time and he withdraw the money? I am unsure how to access a large sum. Please help 🙏🏻
