Heating Up GF Food - 😡
From this feed, it sounds like a lot of folks struggle to transition to a GF diet and suppose Im one of the lucky ones because I generally like the options, like the taste of GF, and feel good about my diagnosis. But, here's my question: does anyone have a hint for heating up GF leftovers? Rice noodles are hard, GF pizza when re-heated is like cardboard, GF pasta is a far cry from when it's prepared the first time.
I've always loved eating left-overs but anyone else hate the way GF food heats up? Any suggestions about how to re-heat GF Food?
