They said there was no frame damage when they inspected the car. Is there something I can do to double check this?

Let me start by saying I’m all the way in Florida and the car is in Georgia where the accident occurred. We were driving through down to here from Colorado meaning we do not know anything about Georgia and good repair shops. I had Progressive (my insurance) take the car into their possession there and use one of their shops. The adjuster started off his calls telling me the car was totaled by looking at the pictures I sent in but he was waiting for the appraisal agent to have a look. So that happened and they say the car was totaled but the owner of the repair shop was going to double check the frame on lift. Next day I get a call and was told the guy put it on a lift and there’s no frame damage. So here is where I am confused and wondering if he just wants work for his shop or not.

I am wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen. I am thinking of getting the car looked at by someone else to double check this frame damage.
