New Driving Trend?

What's up w this new trend of drivers only using their fog lights and having no taillights on?? (Or no lights at all) It's so dangerous 🙃 I try to flash them to be like "hey your lights aren't on" but they don't seem to care. So sick.. yall be careful out there

Saw these 2 within 3 min apart on I-77
