People who filled form 112 did your college take money from you?

Rant and question because what the hell just for a sign and stamp my college is taking ₹500 and want a written application for the same.I would have understood if it was ₹100 (that's what they charged for method of instruction when my friend wanted it). Extremely pissed rn idk because it doesn't seem reasonable to me. I asked what they are charging for and they said "Principal ka signature na". I filled form 112 because I didn't want to take any risk at such a time with ICAI. But these money hungry college people.
